Nobody knows for sure the weighting of the Amazon SEO algorithm. But here's my patch notes (best guess) on how it has changed this year. PPC sales were nerfed previously and saw a boost in 2021. Off-Site Sales signals also saw a boost.
On the flip side, reviews have lost some importance. As one anecdote: I was able to index a product 3 weeks before mother's day for 2,000 keywords with a single review. And 3,500 keywords within 5 weeks.
Because PPC sales increased in value organic sales saw a proportionate nerf.
