New Custom Image Video Demo

This video came from a comment on our custom image video: What photos convert the best CTR? In the video I show how people with smiles, the product in use, or a lifestyle image showing the end product are the best way to get customer interest. CTR = Click Through Rating % of the number of people who see an impression vs who actually clicked on the ad.

what kind of image will get the highest click through rate in a sponsor brand. Add on Amazon seller Central. That's what we'll cover in today's podcast. My name is Stephen Pope on the founder of my Amazon Guy. This came by request. We covered a new feature and sponsored brands concerning custom image loading So you can see here there's a section that's in beta for custom image loading, and if you load one of these images, you're going to see some incredible advertising results. This is the best advertising release in 2020. In my opinion, it allows for the largest advertising space that you can take up on the platform Ever write. The image is so big 1200 by 6 28 that you can't get this kind of real estate anywhere else on the Web, even for the costs that you're going to pay. It is incredible advertising, and I can't recommend this enough. We're having phenomenal results right now for our clients that my Amazon guy and if you need advertising help, go right over to my Amazon guy dot com and just contact us in our service section for advertising. We can help manage ads like this. Make sure you're on the cutting edge. Amazon has released no fewer than three new features in the last seven days alone. And if you don't know about them, you're gonna be behind the curve. All right, so the question for this video is what kind of image gets the highest click through rate? Ah, for custom brand image is so I'm gonna give you some examples. So here's one example this image here has smiling ladies. It's it's ah, it's a lifestyle image, right? So in my hand here I have a wine glass and just by simply holding a wine glass as a human being, you're more likely to look at it. I made you look at it right now, and you're looking at the top bottom right of your your YouTube clip. And that's kind of the point, right? Just by simply having people in the photo, it's going to attract interest. And the reason why I say that is because if you go over to amazon dot com and you just type in, let's say, funny wine glass. What do you see? You see a bunch of products, you see an image of a product. What you don't see is people, and that's because, ah, Amazons Amazons requirements force youto have a product in your main image, and there's not enough room for human in it or or if you've got a pet product, have a dog in it or whatever. So that's why I think the biggest thing you can do with most important thing you do to can increase your click through rating. And I'm not saying click bait. I'm just saying, Make interest for your ad is toe have a human in it and especially if they're looking at the consumer. So you want eye contact, you want to smile, you want to see some teeth, and more often than not, you want to see a pretty lady. So that's, um, may sound a little click baby, but that is that is indeed what you're looking for and what you're looking to do. The other type of image that we've seen success with is the end use of a product, right? So here's an example of a really awesome image of steak on the grill, and, you know, we're just going into the busy season. Today's March 30th 2020 and you've got, um, items on the grill. People are trying to get outside. The temperature is just turning, turning to warmer weather and people want to get out on that grill. And Corona virus encoded 19 is ongoing right now is to get a lot of people who are at home. So seeing this image makes you salve aids. It makes you think about Oh, what do I need to make for this image to occur to me personally? It puts you in the mood. It makes you think about the product. Think about using the product. Now, mind you, when you do a custom image like this, this is the end product. So you can actually see this gigantic steak image on a grill, and right underneath it is the product that makes that happen. You are offering a solution to the consumers problem, and that problem is they're hungry for a stake, right? And and the barbecue sauce is almost a afterthought to this advertisement. But you can see here Texas tradition since 1934 from wacko, Texas probably mispronounced the debts, and I'm gonna hear about that in the comments. Ah, but in any case. Ah, you can see this wonderful steak image, and you've got barbecue sauce and steak sauce that will make that happen. So those are the kinds of images I would recommend. Um, if you don't have this kind of lifestyle imagery, notice how there's no barbecue sauce in this image. Go get some free stock images, and there there are many. Resource is where you can do that. You can also get some paid ones on like I stock and a bunch of other ones. Um, let's say you sell a product like a supplement. Well, you could get some gym shots of people working out. Ah, if you sell an item that is like a vitamin you could you could put into that graphic or that image. Ah, shot of somebody who is in shape who feels good. That's what you're trying to convey that the product could do for the consumer. Whatever your product is, show it in use with people, if at all possible to get the highest cliff curating the most interest for your ad and whatever you do. If you don't have custom images enabled right now for your sponsor brands, you need to get that done. The lowest cost, the highest amount of space taken custom images, air really, really solid. Um, and I highly recommend you get those included. If you have any questions about advertising or anything else within Seller Central, leave a comment on our videos.
